Subscription and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 26, 2026
1. Plans and billing
Monthly and yearly plans are billed by Stripe. Prices are published on the pricing page. After checkout, you can manage your subscription from the Billing & Subscription area in account settings.
2. Self-serve billing portal
Use the Stripe billing portal from account settings to review subscription invoices, manage billing details, and update your payment method.
3. Cancellation
Cancel any time from the Billing & Subscription area in account settings. Cancellation stops future billing, but premium access stays active until the end of the paid period.
4. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades may charge a prorated amount at the time of change. Downgrades take effect at the next period.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed manually and are limited to billing errors, duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, and mandatory consumer rights. See the Refunds and Chargebacks Policy. We do not refund unused time after cancellation.
6. Data
Cancellation does not delete your data. Before account deletion, use the export before deletion guide to download records you need. If you delete your account, we remove active account and workspace data from the application. Billing records, provider backups, security logs, transactional email records, and subprocessor records may remain for limited retention periods.
7. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the effective date above.
