Subscription and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription

You can subscribe directly on our website. Monthly and yearly plans are processed by Stripe and payable with major credit cards. The yearly plan offers a discounted rate.

2. Cancellation or Downgrade

You may cancel your paid plan at any time in account settings. When the current billing period ends your account automatically reverts to the free tier. All data you created while on the paid plan (e.g. invoices, attachments) remains accessible, but any paid-only features and higher usage limits are disabled until you resubscribe.

3. Refunds

We do not issue refunds or credits for unused time when you cancel. If Invoice Master discontinues the service entirely we will refund any prepaid fees on a prorated basis.

4. Data Retention

Downgrading to the free tier does not delete any of your records. Your data remains stored under the limits of the free plan. You can export your data at any time. If you delete your entire account, active data is erased immediately and remains only in encrypted backups for up to seven (7) days before being overwritten. Invoice Master is not an archival service; you are responsible for exporting and storing any records that must be kept for legal reasons.

5. Changes to Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Changes become effective 30 days after we post them or notify you by email. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

6. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices; new prices apply no earlier than 30 days after notice to you.

7. Service Discontinuation

If we permanently shut down the service we will give at least thirty (30) days’ notice, provide a full data export, and refund any prepaid fees on a prorated basis.
