Subscription and Cancellation Policy

1. Plans and billing
Monthly and yearly plans are billed by Stripe. Prices are published on the pricing page.
2. Cancellation
Cancel any time from account settings. Access stays active until the end of the paid period. Future billing stops.
3. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades may charge a prorated amount at the time of change. Downgrades take effect at the next period.
4. Refunds
Refunds are limited to billing errors, duplicates, unauthorized payments, and mandatory consumer rights. See the Refunds and Chargebacks Policy. We do not refund unused time after cancellation.
5. Data
Cancellation does not delete your data. You can export at any time. If you delete your account, we erase active data immediately.
6. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the effective date above.
