Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 May 2025
1. Introduction
Welcome to Invoice Master. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
2. Acceptance of Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the Data-Processing Agreement ("DPA"), form the entire agreement between you ("Customer" or "you") and Enrique Moreno Tent ("Invoice Master", "we", "us"). Creating an account confirms your acceptance of all three documents.
3. Scope of Service
Invoice Master is an online toolkit for creating and storing invoices, quotes and related documents. The Service offers information only and is not professional tax or legal advice. You remain solely responsible for the legal correctness of all content you create and store.
4. Availability and Data Safety
We run the Service on Supabase EU data centres with TLS encryption and AES‑256 encryption at rest. Automated daily backups are retained for seven (7) days. Invoice Master does not provide long‑term archiving; you must export and store any records you are legally required to keep.
5. Service Level and Dependencies
We aim for high availability but provide no guarantee of uninterrupted uptime or error‑free operation. Availability depends on third‑party providers including Supabase, Stripe, Hotjar and SendGrid; their downtime is outside our control.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events reasonably beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, labour disputes, government action, Internet outages or data‑centre failures.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident. We are not liable for lost profits, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential damage except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Invoice Master harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your content or misuse of the Service, including reasonable legal fees, unless caused by our intent or gross negligence.
10. Data Deletion
When you cancel your account or request deletion, we erase active data immediately. Encrypted backups may persist for up to seven (7) days before being overwritten. Invoice Master is not an archival service; you must export and securely store any records you are legally required to keep for ten (10) years.
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms. You will be notified by email at least thirty (30) days in advance. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Right to Modify or Discontinue
We may change features or discontinue the Service with thirty (30) days’ notice. If we shut down entirely we will provide a full export of your data and refund any prepaid fees on a prorated basis.
13. Governing Language
These Terms are in English. If we provide a translation, the English version controls in case of conflict.
14. Notices
Legal notices to Invoice Master must be sent to [email protected] and are deemed received twenty‑four (24) hours after dispatch.
15. Governing Law and Venue
German law applies. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Dresden, Germany.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for serious breach of these Terms. Your right to use the Service ceases immediately upon termination.
