5. Limitation of Liability

6. User Responsibilities

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Invoice Master service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Invoice Master and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our service, except as incidental to normal use of the service.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS). The arbitration shall take place in Berlin, Germany, and shall be conducted in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
12. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
